How to Measure
One measurement is all you need — your waist at stoma level.

Find stoma level
Locate your stoma and measure your waist at exactly that height.

Use a measuring tape
Use a measuring tape. Depending on how snug you want the belt to feel, get your measurement accordingly.

Don’t hold your breath or pull in. Natural posture only.
