If you want a gadget on the pouch, a clip-on is that gadget. If you want the pouch to disappear into clothes, you need a pocket. SIIL is the pocket.

What a day actually feels like
A clip is quick to put on over a pouch you already trust. Fine for a known setup.
A pocket belt is slower the first morning and then boring — which is the point. Sit, walk, hug, train. The pouch stays in the fabric. If a bulge is the worry, that is a hernia support belt conversation, not a clip conversation.
Price, without a winner badge
