The present Conditions of Use form the complete contract through which the conditions of purchase of the products put at the disposal of the Users by NAGAE LINE, S.L. on the Web Site (the “Products”) are regulated. The access to the Web site or its use by the User, as well as the purchase of any Product, implies necessarily, and without reservations, the knowledge and acceptance of the present Conditions of Use, therefore, it is recommended that the User reads them carefully every time that it wants to buy a Product.
Purchase of Products
These Conditions of Use form the complete contract governing the conditions of purchase of the products made available to Users by GLORIUS LIMITED in Hong Kong SAR and Mainland China (the “Products”). Access to or use of the website by the User, as well as the purchase of any Product, necessarily and without reservation implies knowledge and acceptance of these Conditions of Use. Users are therefore recommended to read them carefully each time they wish to purchase a Product.
Refusal to Process an Order
While GLORIUS LIMITED will make every effort to process all Orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require refusal after the Order Confirmation has been sent. GLORIUS LIMITED reserves the right to do so at any time, at its sole discretion.
Product availability
All Orders are subject to Product availability. If GLORIUS LIMITED is unable to supply a Product after sending the Shipping Confirmation, it will contact the User as soon as possible to inform them and offer either:
A product of similar characteristics without price increase, or
Cancellation of the Order with a full refund of the amount paid.
Industrial rights
All trade names, distinctive signs, text, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other elements of the website are protected by Hong Kong and international laws on intellectual and industrial property. GLORIUS LIMITED is the owner of all rights related to siilostomy.com in this region. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Delivery
Once the Shipping Confirmation is sent, Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the User within the period specified, and in any case within 30 days of the Order Confirmation. GLORIUS LIMITED is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures in Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, or other jurisdictions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs include transport, insurance, and customs clearance at origin. Duties and taxes at destination are the responsibility of the recipient.
Product Pricing
Product prices are those published on the website at the time of placing the Order. Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. All payments will be processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Method
The User may pay by credit or debit card Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, the User’s credit card information will be encrypted. So much if the form of payment is realized by means of credit card or debit card or across PayPal, the charge will be realized in the moment in which NAGAE LINE, S.L sends the Confirmation of the order to the User.
Returns and exchanges
Users may return Products within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the Products are unused, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the User unless the Product is defective.

Users agree to use the website lawfully and refrain from any activities that may harm GLORIUS LIMITED or third parties.
