UNITED STATES

Free shipping costs for purchases of 150€ or more on orders to the United States. For orders of lesser amount, standard shipping costs apply, calculated according to the destination and weight of the products included in the order. The order will be delivered within approximately 10-14 working days from order confirmation.

EUROPE

Free shipping costs for purchases of 100€ or more on orders to countries within the European Union and nearby countries included*. For orders of lesser amount, standard shipping costs apply, calculated according to the destination and weight of the products included in the order. The order will be delivered within approximately 5-7 working days from order confirmation.

SPAIN PENINSULA

Free shipping costs for purchases of 40€ or more in orders with destination to the peninsula or Balearic Islands. For orders of a lower amount, standard shipping costs apply, calculated according to the destination and weight of the products included in the order. For orders placed to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the standard shipping rate will be calculated automatically when you enter your address. The order will be delivered within approximately 2-3 working days from order confirmation.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be subject to customs and / or import charges in addition to the amount of the order and shipping costs already applied by Scalpers. Canary Islands (approx.) 18€ DUA + 7% IGIC. Ceuta and Melilla (approx.) 18€ DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI. Customers will bear the corresponding customs and / or import costs.

Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order details. In case you do not receive it, we recommend you to check the Spam folder of your email in case you have received it there. If you can’t find it either, please contact us through the contact page.

When the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and when we ship your order, you will receive another email with the delivery details.

If you have an account with SIIL Ostomy, you can log in and check My Orders to see the current status of your order, “Prepared” means it has already left the warehouse and will be delivered to you in the next few days.

If you have not received your order after the delivery time, please contact customer service through the form located on the contact page with your name and surname, order number, date of order and we will respond as soon as possible.

Exchanges and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, no returns will be accepted on panties, bodysuits, bands and ostomy belts. In the case of swimwear, such as women’s swimsuits and bikinis, only size exchanges will be accepted.

The SIIL product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled, in its original packaging and without having removed the hygienic protector in case of return or exchange. We will not be able to return any item that is not in perfect condition.

FROM ANY COUNTRY BUT SPAIN

To make any return from a country other than Spain, please contact us at hola@siilostomy.com

For hygienic reasons, no returns will be accepted on panties, bodysuits, bands and ostomy belts. In the case of swimwear, such as women’s swimsuits and bikinis, size exchanges will only be accepted if the hygienic protector has not been removed from the garment.

Please, be aware that for any returns, the products must be in perfect conditions and in the case of swimwear, the hygienic protector must not have been removed.

Shipping cost will be on the client side.

We will let you know how to proceed.

Please, be aware that for any returns, the products must be in perfect conditions and in the case of swimwear, the hygienic protector must not have been removed.

Please contact us at hola@siilostomy.com telling us what manufacturing error you have seen in your garments and a photograph so that we can identify them.
Once we receive your email, we will tell you the steps to follow to make your return and receive a refund of the purchase.
